What You’ll Do
1. Be the Voice of Educators
Serve as the primary strategic advisor to university deans, school district leaders, and edtech directors
Conduct quarterly business reviews to align our platform with institutional goals like student engagement and accessibility compliance
2. Drive Growth Through Insight
Identify upsell opportunities (e.g., adding AI assessment tools to existing video licenses)
Renew $250K+ contracts by demonstrating measurable ROI like:
3. Bridge Product & Pedagogy
Partner with the learning design team to advocate for client needs (e.g., special education integrations)
Host monthly webinars showcasing innovative use cases from your accounts
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in:
- EdTech account management OR
- Senior leadership in schools/universities (e.g., department head, IT coordinator)
- Proven ability to: Navigate complex procurement cycles (multi-stakeholder approvals), present technical solutions to non-technical audiences
Bonus points for:
Experience with LMS/SIS platforms like Moodle or Blackboard
Multilingual skills (French/German/Spanish)
