After building and running an education business for 7 years, I exited and sold the business to a competitor. Once you join the programme, we begin with a kickoff session. This is where we align on logistics and how we will work together.
We agree on schedules, communication, and what the process will look like over the next six months. You leave this session with a clear understanding of how we will move forward.

Step 2: Deep Dive and Direction

We then move into a deeper exploration of your background and goals. This usually takes place over two to three sessions.
We map:
- your experience and achievements,
- your leadership strengths,
- your motivations, values, and long-term direction.

This stage is about understanding not just what you’ve done, but what you want next and why.

Step 3: Active Search and Ongoing Support
From there, we move into an active, ongoing phase. We meet bi-weekly to coordinate the search and review progress.
During this stage, we:
- share insights from market research and conversations,
- identify and prioritise target companies,
- support outreach and introductions,
- refine your positioning across LinkedIn and your network.

We also work on:
- your CV and executive narrative,
- how you position yourself in conversations,
- how to approach and direct discussions with companies.

Alongside this, you begin to build momentum.
This includes informal conversations, introductions, and formal interview processes.

Step 4:  Interviews, Network, and Outcomes

By this stage, you are fully active in the market. You have:
- a clear understanding of your value and positioning,

- ongoing conversations with relevant companies.

You are now having focused, high-quality discussions and interviews. Some individuals secure roles at this stage. Others are in active processes, but with clarity, confidence, and strong positioning.
